We offer Scripture Study classes for every age group each Sunday from 10:00-10:45am. We are positive that there is a class offered for every person interested. Listed below are our current options.

  • Youth – K through 8th Grade
  • High School
  • Newfound Path (20-45 yrs old)
  • Seekers (Adult)
  • DCC (Mature Adults)

3D Sunday School classes for youth, Kindergarten through 8th grade, meet upstairs, just off the library.  They study a Bible Story, and play games.

The High School class meets with Tammy Schelp.  This group is somewhat informal as sometimes they go out for breakfast or meet to discuss concerns and situations particular to this age group.

The Newfound Path Class consists of members who are single, married, with and without children. We focus on discussing daily Christian challenges and how we can conquer them through Christ. Come as you are and join us as we study the Bible and understand what God’s mission is for you.  Teachers vary between members at any given time but have been Sandy Kenslow, Christy Boswell, and Jason Sharpsteen.

The Seeker Class welcomes adults of all ages, married or single.  Class members rotate as teachers.  Much time is spent in discussion of scripture and life application.  They also focus on fellowship as they host many church-wide events such as the Easter Breakfast or annual progressive Christmas Dinner.  They invite you to join them as they seek to follow God.

The DCC Class is comprised of fun loving and enthusiastic mature adults, young at heart and very active in theirchurch life.  Study is from the The Present Word, based on International Sunday School Lessions: Int’l Bible Lessons for Christian Teaching, using New Revised Standard Version of the Bible, and led by Beverly Sue Ryan, Larry Satterly and Ron Kennedy.   A social bunch, they enjoy getting together and would enjoy getting to know you!
